Renee Will George
Next Generation Fund Advisor
Renee is an experienced professional and community leader with a career spanning investment banking, private equity, and corporate marketing. She is currently an active volunteer and organizer within the Greater Dallas community. At the George Family Foundation, Renee sits on the board of the Next Generation Fund where she enjoys investing in youth-focused organizations.
Renee serves as a mentor with the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas’ Social Innovation Accelerator, working with some of the most innovative nonprofits in North Texas. She helps lead the Park Cities Democratic Women's Association and is actively involved with Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas, the Hockaday School and Greenhill School. She has also served as the Community Impact Chair for YPO Dallas.
Renee previously led customer marketing and guest experience for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, a San Francisco-based boutique hotel company. Prior to this, she worked in technology for Siebel Systems, managing its partnership with Accenture. She began her career as an investment banker in New York with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (now part of Credit Suisse) and was the first female private equity investment professional at Aurora Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm.
Renee holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA with high distinction from the University of Michigan School of Business. Renee and her husband, Jeff, lived in Germany and Switzerland for eight years, where both of their daughters were born. She is also passionate about wellness and the transformative power of nutrition and lifestyle in disease management.
